For your safety, all colour appointments require a valid skin (patch) test before your service can be carried out.

A skin test is required:

• Before your first colour appointment with me.
• If you haven’t had your hair coloured by me in the last 6 months.
• If there has been any change to your medical history, medication, pregnancy status, or if you’ve experienced a reaction to hair colour since your last appointment.

Your skin test must be completed at least 48 hours before your colour appointment. Unfortunately, if a valid skin test has not been carried out, your colour appointment cannot go ahead and my cancellation policy may apply.

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please give me at least 48 hours’ notice.

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 75% of the booked service value.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your appointment without letting me know, you will be charged 100% of the missed appointment.

Before any future appointment can be booked:

• The outstanding balance must be paid in full.
• 50% of your next appointment will be required as a non-refundable booking fee to secure your booking.

These policies help protect the time set aside especially for you and allow me to continue providing a one-to-one service for all of my clients.
